Improve Your Posture

Improving your posture is vital if you want your spine and nervous system to be working optimally.  Good posture, body alignment, and body movement feed the brain a healthy dose of nerve signals so the brain can send a healthy dose of nerve signals back to the body to coordinate proper function.  Some of these functions include movements, muscle strength, pain sensations, healing, thoughts, perceptions, heartbeat, and digestion.  

Furthermore, if you improve your posture, the joints in your spine and extremities will bear weight more equally.  In turn, this will allow you to have better flexibility, movement, and less stress on your joints.
