Improving your posture is vital if you want your spine and nervous system to be working optimally. Good posture, body alignment, and body movement feed the brain a healthy dose of nerve signals so the brain can send a healthy dose of nerve signals back to the body to coordinate proper function. Some of these functions include movements, muscle strength, pain sensations, healing, thoughts, perceptions, heartbeat, and digestion.
