Most times, treating the underlying cause of your pain makes more sense than covering your pain up with medicine like tylenol or ibuprofen. For example, many headaches are caused by misaligned bones of the spine near the base of the skull. As a result, these misalignments irritate the nerves that travel into the head and cause headaches.
