We believe in transparent and fair pricing for chiropractic care in Edmonton. Here’s what you can expect when booking your visits.
Initial Consult and Exam
Includes the 50 minute (30 minutes for children) in-person appointment with a complete health history, physical exam, and report of findings.

Please note Dr. Collins, with your consent, will usually start with treatment immediately after the Initial Consult and Exam. The Initial Consult and Exam Fee plus Treatment Fee will apply in this situation. For example, if you are an adult the total fee would come to $200 ($135 for consult and exam plus $65 for the treatment).
Chiropractic Regular Treatment (Adjustment)
~5-10 minutes and hands-on care tailored to your needs.
- Adult $65

Comprehensive Holistic Chiropractic Treatment
~20 minutes

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, and credit.
- Pay per service
- Prepayment options. Discounts are available when you prepay for multiple visits. Prepay for 6 visits or more to avoid multiple transactions. This way you do not have to checkout at the front desk each time and pay. Payment can be posted when we have more time and is taken off of your credit. This will save you and us time. It also saves you money as you will receive a 10% administrative discount by doing so. For example, for adults this equates into a $58.50 fee versus a $65 fee per regular visit.
Insurance & Direct Billing
We provide direct billing for most insurance plans or you can submit the receipts we provide to your insurance company and get reimbursed. Please give us your insurance information in advance of your appointment if you want us to direct bill.
Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us to accommodate other patients. A full fee will be charged to your account for missed or cancelled appointments within 24 hours.

X-rays
X-rays are done at a separate facility like Insight Medical Imaging Lab. If Dr. Collins recommends an x-ray he can fill out a requisition form for you to take directly to the lab (covered by Alberta Health Services).
